Landlord Fees

Initial New Tenancy Set up Package:

65% of the first months rent, plus vat = 78% inclusive of vat 
Subject to a minimum fee of £395 plus vat  = £474 inclusive of vat



Administration charges:

for deposit registration £54 (£45+VAT)

for arranging a managed tenancy renewal £114 (£95 + VAT)

for arranging a let only tenancy renewal £210 (£175 plus vat)

for arranging a Legionella risk report £90 (£75 + VAT)

for managing a Formal Deposit Dispute £96 (£80 + VAT)

for issuing either Section 8/13/21 Notices £108 (£90 + VAT)

for assembling / submitting a government selective license application £180 (£150 plus vat)

for Refurbishment project management - 10% + VAT of cost


for arranging a photographic inventory £96 (£80 + VAT)*

*for properties up to 5 bed, larger properties please ask for a quote, applies to managed tenancies only.   




Tenancy Management fees:

Full management rates:

10 - 12% - (plus vat) of rent collected 

Management fees are subject to rent level, please ask our team for a quotation


Minimum Monthly Management Fee Applicable £60 pcm Plus vat (£50 +vat)

Rent Collection Only 6% (5% plus vat) of rent collected (no minimum fee charged)



Holiday / Short Let Management fees:


18% inclusive, of all income collected.  

Excluding cleaning / laundry costs, which is priced on an individual basis. 

On-boarding / launch Fee - £350 plus vat.


One off short/medium stay booking contract fee / payable by guest £295 (direct bookings only). 



Commercial Tenant Introduction (Shop units / offices / commercial spaces)  ;  10% plus vat of the annual rent, subject to a minimum fee of £995 plus vat 

Excludes solicitors legal fees for lease preparation. 

Commercial monthly management fees ; 10% plus vat of turnover collected.
