    On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have king sized beds, and a further bedroom with two single beds, there is a family bathroom with a corner separate shower stall and a bath.
    The garage is not included as this is used for storage.
    The property is conveniently situated just a few hundred yards from the renowned Tynemouth Longsands Beach and a short walk to the Village Centre and Priory Castle
